This workshop will run from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Wednesdays, for 2 weeks.

Specifically designed for women ages 18 years and older, this six-week course will focus on learning to manage anger in productive ways. By exploring anger causes and triggers, participants will learn to identify alternative and practical skills to cope with anger issues.

COST: $50 per person.

These workshops are for women, ages 18 and older.
